1. Applicability
This Cancellation Policy applies to all domestic and international tour packages, holiday bookings, travel services, and related arrangements offered by Shree Sai World Tours Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to abide by the terms listed below.
2. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
booking@saiholidaiz.in or through our official contact channels.The date on which we receive your written cancellation request will be considered the Effective Cancellation Date.
3. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of services booked, the time of cancellation relative to the travel start date, and fees charged by our partners (hotels, transport providers, tour operators).
Domestic Tour Packages

4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable or require additional penalty charges due to third-party policies. These may include (but are not limited to):
Hotel reservations
Activities & excursion bookings
Transport bookings (if prepaid)
Special event tickets
Local tour guides
If any third-party charges are non-refundable, those will be deducted in addition to the cancellation charge.
5. Refund Process
Once cancellation is processed, refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 10-20 business days from the Effective Cancellation Date.
Refunds will be issued only after deducting applicable cancellation charges and third-party penalties.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be borne by the traveler.
6. Changes and Amendments
If you wish to make changes to your booking (dates, hotel, itinerary), such requests will be treated as modifications and may involve additional charges as well as new cancellation terms.
Any change request is subject to availability and approval.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the company reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. In such cases:
Refunds will be made if permitted by suppliers.
If refunds are not permitted, credit vouchers may be issued for future travel.
